Refund Policy — Avelsky


We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Types of refund

Item unused — Full refund The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Item defective or incorrect — Full refund Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Item already used — Case by case review If the item has already been used, we will review your specific case to offer you the best possible solution.

Excluded items — No refund Certain types of items cannot be returned: perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care items (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.


Conditions for a return to be accepted

  • The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be unused, with the eSIM not having been activated.
  • The receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • The return must be requested in advance. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


14-day cooling-off period — European Union

Without prejudice to the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

To start a return, you can contact us at help@avelsky.com. If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
